Pricing FAQs
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade and you're billed the prorated difference immediately. Downgrade and we credit the unused time to your next bill. No 'contact sales to downgrade' nonsense.
What happens after the 14-day Pro trial?
You drop to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade. We don't auto-charge anyone. We won't email you 17 times either.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — 20% off on annual billing for Personal, Pro, and Business. Pick it in checkout.
Is there a student / non-profit discount?
50% off Personal for verified students and registered non-profits. Email support@edts.ca with proof and we'll set it up.
Where is my data stored?
By default: AWS us-east-1 (Virginia) or eu-west-1 (Ireland) based on signup region. Enterprise can pick a region (US, EU, CA, or self-host). Always encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.
Do you sell my data or train AI on it?
No. Your documents are yours. We do not sell, share, or train models on customer content. Our privacy policy is short and human-readable.
Refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@edts.ca.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards via Stripe. ACH for Business+ on annual plans. Wire for Enterprise.
