Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Alba 365 PDF Editor ("the Service"), provided by ED Tech Solutions Inc. ("EDTS," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Account

You're responsible for the activity on your account, including keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old (or applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal content, distribute malware, infringe others' intellectual property, or attempt to bypass our security.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. We process them only to provide the Service. We do not train AI models on your content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time from your account settings.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
