Install
From Microsoft AppSource
Easiest- Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint and choose Insert → Get Add-ins.
- Search for Alba 365 in the AppSource catalog.
- Click Add. The button appears on the Home ribbon.

Direct sideload (per-user)
Available today- Download
manifest.xml. - In Word: Insert → My Add-ins → Upload My Add-in.
- Choose the manifest file. Reload Word.
Microsoft 365 admin push
For organizations- In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Settings → Integrated apps → Upload custom apps.
- Provide the same manifest.xml file or its hosted URL.
- Assign to Everyone or a specific group. Users see the button on their Office ribbons after the next sign-in.
Requires Microsoft 365 Global Admin or Application Admin role.
After install

Open any Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document.

Click Save to Alba on the Home ribbon. The taskpane opens on the right.

Click the Save to Alba 365 button in the taskpane.

Your browser opens to confirm the import. Sign in if prompted.

Click Import & open. The document opens in Alba 365 as a PDF.
