Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is my data secure?+
All documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We are SOC 2 Type II in progress and PIPEDA/GDPR compliant. Enterprise customers get per-tenant encryption keys.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?+
Yes — registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions get 30% off any plan. Contact us with proof of status.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards via Stripe. Annual Business and Enterprise plans can pay by invoice (NET-30).
What happens to my documents if I cancel?+
You keep read-only access for 90 days. After that, documents are permanently deleted unless you export them first.
